Kronshtadt LLC plans to open a tire center for trucks "Grandfather Mazai" in Norilsk in the fall of 2028. The company received the status of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
Norilsk is currently implementing a comprehensive development plan for the city until 2035. In this regard, trucks are actively used, which means that tire replacement, repair and maintenance services are in high demand. According to the initiators of the project, 8-10 units of equipment per day will be serviced in the new tire center. The volume of investments in the project will amount to 27 million rubles.
Currently, 43 residents are implementing projects in the Arctic zone of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and the total investment is 5.7 billion rubles. As a result of the projects, 807 jobs are being created. The functions of the management company for working with residents of the Arctic zone in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are performed by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
The preferential treatment of the Russian Arctic offers entrepreneurs compensation for insurance premiums, exemption from land taxes for the first 5 years, reduced income tax rates, administrative support and full business support at all stages.
