Investment proposals of the Yenisei Siberia were presented at the Tyva: Agroinvest-2026 forum

The II investment forum "Tyva: Agroinvest-2026" was held in Kyzyl, which brought together more than 500 participants from different regions of Russia, China and Mongolia.
An investment session was held within the framework of the plenary part of the forum, where investment proposals from the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia and Tuva in the field of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) were presented. The investment session was organized by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
Valeria Stupina, Deputy General Director and Head of the Investment Development Directorate of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: "To date, the Corporation has been supporting 31 projects in the field of the agro-industrial complex for a total investment of 51 billion rubles. The Corporation supports investment activities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on a one-stop-shop basis. Investors receive assistance at all stages of project implementation, including interaction with government authorities and resource supply organizations, solving land issues, and monitoring procedures for issuing licenses and building permits."
At the investment session, representatives of the Corporation presented investment niches in the field of the agro-industrial complex: the creation of a greenhouse complex for year-round cultivation of vegetables on an industrial scale, a raw milk processing plant and the production of dairy and fermented milk products, and an enterprise for the production of compound feed. Presentations were also made by heads of agricultural enterprises, representatives of regions and industry experts. In addition, the participants of the investment session discussed the tools of investment development of the agro-industrial complex, digitalization of agriculture and cooperation between enterprises of the regions of Yenisei Siberia.
The forum hosted the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tuva. The subject of the agreement is the establishment of partnerships, consulting support and joint events.
