The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation is inviting investors to build a catalyst plant in its flagship city of Achinsk. The required amount of investments is 4 billion rubles.
The plant plans to produce catalysts for neutralizing vehicle exhaust gases and for use in other industries. An advantage for investors is the proximity of the Achinsk Alumina Combine, a supplier of aluminum oxide, which is used in the production of catalysts. This will help reduce logistics costs and shorten delivery times. In addition, major consumers of products are located nearby – the Achinsk Oil Refinery and the Nazarovskaya thermal power Plant (GRES).
Investors can take advantage of government support measures, for example, to obtain an industrial mortgage for the purchase of production facilities. The Industrial Development Fund's "Development Projects" program is also available. It involves the issuance of preferential loans for projects aimed at import substitution and the production of competitive products.
