The meeting was led by Roman Odintsovo, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Elena Goroshkevich, Acting Director General of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, delivered a welcoming speech and a presentation on the economic potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Valeria Stupina, Head of the Investment Development Directorate of the Corporation, in turn, spoke in detail about the mechanisms and tools used to attract investment to the region.
"The Corporation's portfolio currently includes about 300 investment projects and initiatives. With a stated total investment of more than 3 trillion rubles. A roadmap has been developed to attract investors to the region. We regularly hold investment sessions, conferences and business missions, ensure the operation of the investment portal and the map of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in terms of filling sites for project implementation," said Valeria Stupina.
The delegation of the Omsk region was headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk region, Rustam Mingazov. During the meeting, the parties discussed structures involved in attracting investments, models of interaction between them in this area, as well as effective practices.
Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government, noted the importance of approaches to the division of powers between development corporations and My Business centers, depending on the volume and parameters of investment projects.
The meeting participants noted the high importance of the inter-regional dialogue for improving the effectiveness of investment development and expressed their readiness for further cooperation and the exchange of successful practices.
