At the third meeting of the XI session of the regional parliament, amendments to the land legislation of the region were supported in the first reading. According to Maxim Ermakov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the new bill proposes to lease land to investors without bidding. At the same time, the volume of investments in the creation and development of industrial infrastructure facilities should be at least 600 million rubles when the industrial park is located in Krasnoyarsk and at least 320 million rubles in other territories of the region.

The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation provides assistance to investors in creating private industrial parks in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The Corporation's specialists support projects at all stages – from registration of permits to connection to engineering infrastructure and launch. In addition, investors can get advice from the Corporation on government support measures.

Currently, the Corporation is supporting projects for the creation of industrial parks in the main cities of the region – Achinsk, Kansk and Lesosibirsk, the Atomgrad and Totem industrial parks, the Dorkhan multitechnological industrial park, as well as the construction of the second stage of the Krasny Yar Industrial Park.
