Commissioning works have begun at the mills of the Veduga processing plant

The mining company Amikan (part of Polymetal JSC) has started commissioning work at the processing plant. The factory is scheduled to be launched in the second half of 2026.
Currently, in the grinding department, the company's specialists are setting up multi-ton equipment together with representatives of the manufacturer. During the work, special attention is paid to the drive group, a set of mechanisms by which the mills rotate. The weight of one mill, together with grinding balls and ore, will reach 600 tons.
The project is supported by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. In 2019, the Veduga project was included in the Yenisei Siberia CIP. The Corporation assisted the investor in the inclusion in the list of regional investment projects of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as assisted in the registration of land relations and the creation of transport infrastructure.
The new processing plant will process up to 2.2 million tons of ore per year. At the production site, production targets have already been achieved in the quarry, and the mine's underground infrastructure is being prepared.
