Krasnoyarsk attracts investors to create an IT technology park

The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation invites investors to implement a large–scale project - the creation of an IT technology park in the historical center of Krasnoyarsk, on Surikov Street. Currently, the building is an unfinished construction project with 83% readiness, requiring the completion of exterior and interior decoration.
The project is aimed at developing innovative digital and industrial technologies in the region. Its main goal is to create a reliable infrastructure for business continuity and data availability.
The new IT technology park will become a center of attraction for information technology companies. It will house modern office spaces for regional IT companies, its own Data Processing Center (DPC), as well as venues for major industry events. It is planned to create a modern infrastructure for more than 400 IT companies in Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Currently, the IT industry in Russia continues to develop actively. According to experts, by 2030 the volume of the Russian IT market may reach 6.7 trillion rubles, and the industry's share in the GDP structure will grow to 3% (in 2024 — 1.6%). At the same time, the Krasnoyarsk Territory is actively integrating into these processes, creating conditions for the growth and development of digital technologies.
Investors of the project will be able to take advantage of government support measures, including the combined program of preferential loans for small and medium-sized businesses "PSK + 1764". The program also provides preferential loans for investment purposes.
