LLC "Status" offers investors to implement projects on a land plot in the reference city of Achinsk. The investment site is supported by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
The industrial site with its own railway dead end is located along the federal highway R-255 "Siberia" (Yuzhnaya ter. Industrial zone, sq. m., p. 10). The land area is more than 13.5 hectares. There are five non-residential buildings on the territory, and there is also all the necessary infrastructure: substations for 400 and 1000 kW, central sewerage and septic tank, hot and cold water supply, central heating.
According to the owner of the site, investors can implement various investment projects on its territory, including the creation of an electrical equipment manufacturing facility, a timber harvesting and processing plant, an asphalt concrete mixing plant, a metal depot, an oil depot, a logistics terminal, an elevator, a grain terminal, etc.
