The volume of purchases from local manufacturers is growing in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In two years, the indicator has grown by 66.9%, and the number of regional suppliers has increased to 3,742. Large companies such as Polyus, Norilsk Nickel, SGK and Krasmash play a key role in this process.
Maxim Ermakov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the region, spoke about the development of regional cooperation at a supplier session within the framework of the conference "People. Gold. Technologies", which was organized by the Polyus company. The event was attended by existing and potential contractors of the company.
The volume of purchases from local companies is growing dynamically. Some companies showed a multiple increase: the Siberian Generating Company increased purchases by almost 2.7 times, Norilsk Nickel – by 68.7%, Krasmash – by almost 65%.
Maxim Ermakov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Region: "The money of the region should work within the region. Every ruble invested in a regional producer provides new jobs, tax deductions and strengthens the industrial potential of the region."
Polyus plays a key role. Last year, the Krasnoyarsk business unit produced 53% of the company's total production and 12% of the total gold volume in Russia. About a thousand regional manufacturers cooperate with Polyus – this is 40% of all suppliers of the company.
Regional companies presented their production capabilities in the mining industry at the session. Hencon Siberia presented a range of mining auxiliary equipment and maintenance. Niva-Krasnoyarsk presented its solutions for drilling equipment for mining. Leader Plant – construction of prefabricated buildings for shift settlements and communal infrastructure facilities.
The minister noted that these and other companies are already replacing imported counterparts, introducing digital solutions, automation and modern technologies. The task of government and business is to ensure that as many such developments as possible appear and spread in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
It should be noted that effective work has been built in the region to develop cooperative ties between large customers and local businesses. One of the tools of this work is the Days of Large companies. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the region regularly holds meetings where anchor companies communicate directly with local producers.
The need for cooperation was identified by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov as a priority. There are enough local manufacturers in the region who provide large companies with engineering solutions using personnel trained in the region. This helps to solve the tasks of ensuring technological leadership set by the President of the Russian Federation.
