Industrial park and agro-industrial cluster: implementation of promising investment projects discussed in Achinsk

A meeting of the Investment Council was held in the administration of the Achinsk Municipal District. The participants discussed the implementation of promising investment projects and current government support measures.
Opening the meeting, Natalia Grigorieva, Deputy head of the district for Socio-economic Development, noted that the sustainable development of the territory directly depends on the influx of investments and the successful implementation of both existing and new projects. Today, the Achinsk municipal District retains the status of one of the key industrial territories of the region: by the end of 2025, the volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 13.1 billion rubles, and the volume of shipped products of its own production – 122.6 billion rubles.
Valeria Stupina, Head of the Investment Development Directorate of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, spoke about government support measures that business representatives can receive when implementing their initiatives. During the meeting, special attention was paid to such investment projects as the construction of the Achinsky private industrial park and the creation of an agro-industrial cluster. The projects are supported by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
The Achinsky industrial park has already established an infrastructure base: production workshops, modern lifting equipment, its own machinery and logistical capabilities. A new production facility with an area of 2.5 thousand m2 is being prepared for launch. As representatives of the industrial park's management company, Zheldoralyans LLC, noted, four residents intend to launch their production facilities on its territory in the near future.
The initiator of the project to create an agro-industrial cluster is LLC agroindustrial complex "Nagornovskoye". The first stage involves the construction of a modern dairy farm with 1,200 heads. This will be an important step in the development of the agro-industrial complex of the district and will increase agricultural production.
The meeting participants stressed that the initiatives presented are of great importance for the socio-economic development of the Achinsk Municipal District.
