A large mining company plans to place a laboratory complex on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Negotiations are currently underway between the company's management and the management company of the SEZ (JSC Management Company Center for the Development of Industrial Territories). The parties are discussing the terms of the facility's location, the implementation schedule and possible support measures.
The project provides for the construction of a specialized laboratory complex to provide high-precision analytics during the exploration phase. The implementation of the project will attract investments to the region and create new jobs.
The Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley SEZ was established in 2020 and is part of the Yenisei Siberia CIP. Currently, six residents are working in the SEZ, including companies from the fields of mechanical engineering and metallurgy. Preferences are provided for residents: 247 hectares of industrial territory with ready–made engineering and transport infrastructure; property tax - 0% in the first 10 years, income tax – 2%. There is also a free customs zone regime (duty-free import of equipment and materials).
