At the VTB Forum "Russia is calling! Krasnoyarsk" presented the investment opportunities of the region

On June 19, the VTB Investment Forum "Russia is Calling! Krasnoyarsk". It brought together representatives of government, business, the financial community and investors. Russian macroeconomics, regional industrial growth trajectories, financial market instruments, investment fundamentals, and the creation of their own projects were discussed at the venues.
The forum opened with an address by Mikhail Kotyukov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. He noted that for Siberia, whose economy is export-oriented, the sustainable development of markets, the introduction of modern technologies and the expansion of investment opportunities are of particular importance. The Krasnoyarsk Territory is one of the Russian leaders in terms of investment and gross regional product. By 2036, the region plans to implement about 30 large investment projects with a total investment of 14 trillion rubles.
At the plenary session "2026: new challenges or transition to sustainable development?", Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the region Tatiana Magdibur presented the main indicators of investment activity. By the end of 2025, the volume of investments in fixed assets reached a record 1.4 trillion rubles. In the first quarter of 2026, investments increased by 1.7% compared to the same period last year. Major projects in mining and metallurgy form the basis of economic growth. They ensure the development of related industries and create new business opportunities.
Despite external challenges, the region's economy remains stable. The growth is demonstrated by manufacturing, mechanical engineering, agriculture and the food industry.

To support investors, there are tax incentives, special investment contracts, infrastructure support, tools from the Industrial Development Fund and measures for SMEs. Due to this, in 2026-2028, it is planned to maintain the volume of investments at the level of more than 1.4 trillion rubles annually. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, infrastructural constraints for businesses are being consistently eliminated and conditions are being created for manufacturing industries. This is facilitated by the Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley Special Economic Zone, the TOCER, the Zheleznogorsk Industrial Park and new industrial sites. Information on support measures and preferential zones in the region is posted on the Investment Portal of the Krasnoyarsk Territory .
At the forum, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation presented the investment and economic potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republics of Khakassia and Tuva. Priority projects, promising investment platforms and proposals for investors were presented.
