A new production workshop with an area of 2.5 thousand square meters was opened in the Achinsky Industrial Park. The investor and management company of the site is LLC Zheldoralyans, an enterprise for the manufacture and repair of wheel sets for railway wagons.
Achinsky is a private industrial park that joined the Association of Industrial Parks last year and is now preparing to receive accreditation from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation for official status. The project is supported by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The Corporation's specialists provided assistance to the investor in cooperation with municipal authorities, conducted consultations on obtaining state support measures and accreditation of the industrial park from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The new 2.5 thousand square meter production hall will house three new residents specializing in metalworking. So, the Esthetics company will start producing parts for the repair of freight wagons, and the Innovative Service Technologies company will repair cassette bearings. Another resident was an enterprise that started construction of a large cargo container terminal. Thus, the Achinsky industrial park has strengthened its railway specialization. The number of jobs at the industrial site increased by 50 people.
Chairman of the Government of the region Alexey Medvedev noted the importance of the appearance of a new large production facility in Achinsk.

For the Krasnoyarsk Territory as a whole, this is an example of how industrial parks in the region should develop: high–quality premises, necessary infrastructure, reasonable selection of residents who increase the specialization of the entire site and increase added value. The more such industrial sites appear, the stronger the economic potential of our region will become."
Dmitry Mymlikov, Director of Zheldoralyans LLC, said that it is planned to expand the area of production facilities to 14 thousand square meters, and double the number of specialists to 400 people. The company also intends to increase the land area and build two more workshops of 1.5 thousand square meters each.
