Measures to support investors in the field of tourism and industrial parks have been expanded in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

At the session of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, amendments to the regional law on the regulation of land relations were adopted in the second reading. The preferential mechanism for leasing state and municipal land plots without bidding has been extended to new areas.

Now, investors implementing projects for the construction of tourist infrastructure, including water parks, ski resorts, hotels, as well as sanatorium-resort treatment and recreation facilities, will be able to receive land plots without bidding. The construction period of such facilities should not exceed five years. The law prescribes differentiated criteria for Krasnoyarsk and other municipalities of the region.

In addition, the preferential land allocation procedure applies to the creation of industrial parks. To obtain a site without bidding, a number of conditions must be met: the period for the creation of industrial infrastructure facilities should not exceed three years, the total area of the site should be more than 8 hectares, and the investment volume of the management company or residents of the park should be at least 200 million rubles per 1 hectare of land.

Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Alexey Dodatko stressed that the developed criteria guarantee optimal use of the land resource in terms of subsequent economic effects both in the field of large-scale investment projects and in the field of tourism infrastructure.

Already today, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation is supporting a number of investment projects in the field of tourism and the creation of industrial parks. The adopted amendments to the land legislation will allow their initiators to obtain land plots for lease without bidding, which will significantly simplify the implementation of projects.
