By the end of 2026, small and medium-sized businesses from priority industries can receive a loan at a discounted rate under the loan incentive program. The total funding limit is 150 billion rubles. The program is implemented by the Bank of Russia and the SME Corporation.
The decision to launch the program was made at the Board of Directors of the SME Corporation, chaired by the Minister of Economic Development of Russia. Maxim Reshetnikov. Loans can already be obtained from participating banks. Credit facilities in the amount of 500 thousand to 500 million rubles are available to entrepreneurs to replenish working capital at the "key plus 3%" rate. The preferential rate is valid for one year under the program.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak: "The new program structure has become a response to a business request. The opportunity to raise funds for turnaround purposes will allow entrepreneurs both to ensure current activities and to develop their enterprises. The program is available to entrepreneurs from priority sectors such as tourism, manufacturing, logistics, IT and scientific and technical activities, individual creative industries, small technology companies, participants in regional labor productivity programs, as well as SMEs from the Republic of Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov regions and Sevastopol."
Small and medium-sized businesses are supported by the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
