The construction of the fifth stage of the Yemelyanovsky production and logistics complex (PLC) continues in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation provides assistance to investors in attracting new residents. Warehouse and production facilities are offered for rent to accommodate businesses on the territory of the complex.
The Yemelyanovsky PLC, which is being built by MEGA-STROY-M, belongs to classes A and A+ and meets strict requirements for engineering systems and operational characteristics. The logistics park is located near the village of Startsevo, 5 km from Krasnoyarsk, next to the Federal highway R-255 Siberia and the Yenisei Tract highway. The availability of a convenient transport interchange helps optimize logistics processes, creates comfortable conditions for staff movement and increases operational efficiency.
Currently, the residents of the complex are Ozon, Wildberries and Sberbank Logistics: this confirms the strategic attractiveness and relevance of the location.

MEGA-STROY-M started construction of the Yemelyanovsky production and logistics complex in 2023. At the moment, four warehouses with a total area of more than 137 thousand m2 have been commissioned, and the readiness of the fifth stage is 60%. The project is part of the Yenisei Siberia CIP.
