In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, investors will be able to receive land for tourism development without bidding
Support measures have been expanded for investors implementing tourism projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Now land plots for the construction of tourist infrastructure facilities can be obtained without bidding. This will create additional conditions for the implementation of investment projects in the region.
The support measure applies to initiatives for the construction of hotels, water parks, ski resorts, and sanatorium facilities. Investors whose projects meet the established requirements will be able to obtain a land plot without bidding. One of the mandatory conditions is the implementation of the project within five years.
Elena Nedbaylo, Head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Tourism Agency, said: "The development of modern tourism infrastructure is impossible without creating clear and comfortable conditions for investors. The new mechanism will reduce the time needed to implement projects, attract new investments and accelerate the creation of facilities in demand by residents and guests of the Krasnoyarsk Territory."
Tourism development is one of the priority areas in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Currently, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation is supporting 49 investment projects in this industry. The Corporation has also developed investment proposals in the field of tourism.
