The industry of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is increasing its momentum: the index of the manufacturing sector reached 98.8%

The head of the department outlined the industrial potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which is represented by 5,540 enterprises, of which 4,162 belong to manufacturing industries. The Minister spoke about tools to support industry, the development of industrial infrastructure, including industrial parks, the prospects for launching new production facilities, human resources and steps to strengthen it.

There are 22 support measures in place to support businesses in the region. The enterprises received preferential loans under the programs of the Industrial Development Fund for 369 million rubles. In addition, 127 small and medium-sized businesses received financial support totaling 87 million rubles.

As part of the development strategy of the Siberian Federal District until 2035, 19 projects are being implemented in the region in the clusters of timber processing, aluminum processing, and extraction of precious and rare earth metals. The total volume of investments exceeded 922 billion rubles, which is more than 53% of the three-year plan. By the end of the year, it is planned to launch three production facilities at the Veduginsky, Chernogorsky and Blagodatnoye fields.

Among the promising areas of development are new materials, machine tool construction, robotics and nuclear energy. In 2026, a project to produce robots was launched in the region. Unmanned aircraft systems are a particularly relevant area today. The Krasnoyarsk Territory produces UAS engines with a domestic localization level of 80%.

The Minister announced the appearance of the Cloud Quarter technopark in Krasnoyarsk by 2028 with the creation of more than 600 jobs. There are three industrial parks in the region, one of which is included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the cluster "Engineering of Siberia" has been created, and documents are being prepared for the creation of an electrotechnical interregional cluster. The Trans-Siberian Technological Belt cluster of advanced development is actively developing, and the creation of the Yenisei industrial district on the territory of the former chemical plant is also being considered.

Active work is underway in terms of staffing. More than 8,000 vacancies have been posted on the Work in Russia platform, 352 of them from enterprises participating in investment projects. Four educational clusters have been created under the Professionalism program, and six enterprises have training and production centers. The region became one of the 12 pilot entities for the implementation of the Horizon Career Navigator platform with vacancies from regional employers, the possibility of training and internships. 11 enterprises of the region are additionally involved in the federal project "Labor Productivity" in 2026.

Alexander Chernikov also noted the work done to promote the products of the region. The register of Russian products includes the goods of 81 enterprises (4,493 items in total), 299 enterprises export their products. A number of advantages are open to manufacturers: the opportunity to participate in tenders under 44-FZ and 223-FZ with preferences, as well as to use the mechanisms of the national regime, financial subsidies, tax benefits and other support measures.

At the end of his speech, the head of the department cited the key performance indicators of the industry for the first half of the year. The manufacturing production index was 98.8% (96.4% in the first quarter). The volume of shipped products increased by 4.8% to 1,141.4 billion rubles, tax revenues to the consolidated budget of the region increased 2.3 times to 87.8 billion rubles. Investments in fixed assets increased by 13% in the first quarter to RUB 282.5 billion. Financing of the state program for the development of industry as of the current date has amounted to 203 million rubles.

The Minister stressed that the region is in the stage of active transformation, the main vector is the transition from the mining economy to the economy of creating high–value products. To do this, we will have to solve personnel, technological, infrastructural and environmental problems. The foundation for the implementation of the planned plans has already been created.
