Now small and medium-sized businesses can use the 14 most popular regional tools for the development of their enterprises. To the 10 previously standardized measures were added the provision of coworking jobs, assistance in certification, assistance in trademark registration and website promotion.
Alexander Isaevich, CEO of SME Corporation: "Together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, entrepreneurs and regional authorities, we have selected the most popular business support measures and brought them to common standards across the country. Four more measures have been added to the 10 previously unified measures. Now, in order to receive them anywhere in our country, a standard package of documents is required, uniform requirements for recipients and terms of support apply. The regions use the SME Digital Platform to provide these measures.The Russian Federation, through which entrepreneurs can submit applications, send the necessary documents and track all the stages of receiving support in their personal account."
According to him, since July 2026, regional support infrastructure organizations have begun to integrate new standardized measures on their pages on the SME.RF Digital Platform. Entrepreneurs from the Tambov, Leningrad, Arkhangelsk regions, the Republic of Mordovia and the Perm Territory have already submitted applications for them.
As noted in the SME Corporation, by the beginning of the second half of 2026, entrepreneurs had already received 18.6 thousand regional support measures through the SME.RF Digital Platform. The most demanded of them were consultations, business rating calculation, provision of microloans, training and marketing services.
Among the regions, the Leningrad Region became the leader in the number of support measures provided — 1,276. This is followed by the Kaliningrad region — 1063 and the Tyumen Region — 1011. The Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Crimea complete the top five with 891 and 822 support measures provided, respectively.
At the same time, the largest increase in the number of measures received in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025 was recorded in the Amur and Kirov regions — more than four times, as well as in the Sverdlovsk Region — more than three times. In the Sakhalin and Astrakhan regions, the number of regional support measures received has more than doubled. At the same time, a significant decrease (more than 80%) in the number of regional support measures received in the first half of 2026 occurred in the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Zaporozhye, Pskov and Tver Regions, the Altai Republic, as well as in the Chukotka Autonomous Region.
The digital platform for small and medium-sized businesses is available in all 89 regions at <url>. It was developed and launched by the SME Corporation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 2022. The platform is being developed under the federal project "Small and medium-sized enterprises" within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". Since the launch, the number of services for small and medium-sized businesses has increased.The Russian Federation has exceeded 35, the number of users is over 1.7 million entrepreneurs, self—employed and planning to start their own business.
