A private industrial park in Zheleznogorsk will be able to accommodate up to 20 new residents.
Atom-TOR JSC (the management company of advanced development territories located in the cities where Rosatom operates) is completing work on the creation of a private industrial park Atompark in Zheleznogorsk.
The new industrial park covers an area of 8.3 hectares and is equipped with all necessary infrastructure. The total area of the premises intended for production is almost 20 thousand m2. It is expected that this will attract up to 20 new residents. The park's territory is planned to be included in the Zheleznogorsk TOP, so companies located there will be able to become its residents in the future. This measure will give an impetus to the development of the entire territory, and future residents will have full access to tax benefits and preferences provided for by the TOP regime.
Andrey Panchenko, Executive Director of Atom-TOR-Zheleznogorsk, said: "All the premises and necessary infrastructure for residents' accommodation are ready on the territory of the new industrial park. Several companies have already shown interest."
Currently, TOP Zheleznogorsk unites 28 resident companies, most of which are high-tech. A set of preferences is provided for residents, such as income, land and property tax benefits, and a free customs zone procedure is possible. More than 350 new jobs have been created, and investments have exceeded 550 million rubles.
The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation attracts residents to Zheleznogorsk TOR under an existing agreement with the management company Atom-TOR JSC.
