Kansk attracts investors to restore cultural heritage site

The two-storey red brick building, built in the early 20th century, is located in the center of Kansk (Krasnopartizanskaya str., 66). The Pioneer House has been located here for more than 20 years, and the building is empty after its closure. His condition is currently assessed as unsatisfactory. Investors are offered to implement one of three concepts for the development of the territory on the site of a cultural heritage site. For example, the possibility of creating a hotel complex, retail and office premises, or a public space including a children's educational center and creative studios is being considered.

Investors can take advantage of the program of preferential loans for projects to preserve cultural heritage sites. DOM.RF is the operator of the program. The preferential loan rate is 6% per annum for projects to adapt windows to hotels (three–star category and above) and 9% per annum for other window restoration projects.
