It is planned to build a greenhouse plant, dairy complexes in the region, as well as increase poultry meat production capacity – five investment projects have been included in the program for the development of production and processing of agricultural products in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for 2024-2026. The industry document was approved at a meeting of the regional government.

Leonid Shorokhov, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Government of the region – Minister of Agriculture and Trade: 


"The development of the industry in the three-year period will be facilitated by state support in the amount of 17.6 billion rubles, as well as the implementation of investment projects worth about 24.8 billion rubles."


It is planned to build a greenhouse plant for the production of vegetables and herbs in the closed ground in the Yemelyanovsky district. The project is included in the KIP "Yenisei Siberia". The investor and the Government of the region have signed a cooperation agreement. The construction permit has been received, the design of the highway and substation is underway. The implementation of the project will make it possible to receive 24 thousand tons of products per year, create 448 jobs.


It is planned to open two dairy complexes for 5.3 thousand heads in Minusinsk and Krasnoturansky districts. Preliminary construction work is underway on the first, design and estimate documentation is being developed on the second, and the registration of the land plot is underway. Due to this, the volume of milk production will increase by 24.8 thousand tons per year.


Investors from Shushenskoye and Sukhobuzimsky districts plan to increase chicken production capacity by 15.5 thousand tons per year and create 325 jobs.


The volume of production of the agro-industrial complex will increase by 15.5% by 2026 and reach 257.2 billion rubles. The indices of agricultural, food and beverage production will have positive values.


The planned volume of investments in fixed assets by 2026 will amount to more than 16.3 billion rubles. More than 30 thousand people will be employed in the agro-industrial complex of the region. Their average monthly salary will increase by 26.2% and will amount to 52.4 thousand rubles for agricultural workers, 54.7 thousand rubles for food producers.


The volume of tax revenues to the consolidated budget of the region for three years is expected to amount to 15.3 billion rubles, of which about 6.8 billion rubles are in agriculture.
