The resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Metal-Grad company, is preparing to launch a plant for the production of asphalt concrete mix. The company received resident status in July 2022 with the assistance of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Norilsk Development Agency.
