Creation and development of a special economic zone of industrial and production type "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley"

The Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley is aimed at developing the domestic industry, creating innovative enterprises and producing competitive products in demand both in Russia and abroad. Potential investment projects include the development of rolling production, production of wheels, profiles, consumer goods, including sports products. The free territories of the industrial site of the Krasnoyarsk Metallurgical Plant, located in the immediate vicinity of the Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Plant, as well as adjacent vacant land plots are offered to investor companies.

Socio-economic effects of the project: creation of 1,300 new jobs and attraction of highly qualified personnel to the region; synergy and cooperation with existing manufacturing enterprises, design institutes and scientific and educational institutions in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will give impetus to the development of the educational environment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory; development of investment attractiveness of the Krasnoyarsk Territory through the creation of new industries, expansion of sales markets products produced in the territory of the region; maintaining and increasing the share of exports in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for certain types of aluminum and alloy products; creating new high-tech industrial enterprises with the shipment of products both to the domestic market and for export.
