The Yenisei Siberia comprehensive investment project is aimed at the socio-economic development of three regions: the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, and the Republic of Tuva.
The project was initiated by the heads of the constituent entities and received the support of the President and the Government of Russia. The agreement on cooperation within the framework of the project was signed at the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum in 2018. The main objectives of the project are to enhance the socio-economic development of the regions, increase their investment attractiveness, create new jobs, increase tax revenues and real incomes of residents of the regions of Yenisei Siberia.
Currently, the KIP includes 38 investment projects with a total declared investment value of over 3.3 trillion rubles for the period 2019-2040. More than 70 companies, including those that are leaders in the global industrial product markets, participate in the implementation of CIP.
