The aim of the project is to create infrastructure for a growing city and build new neighborhoods. The project is aimed at developing the energy capacity of Krasnoyarsk, including comprehensive environmental modernization and expansion of the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-1, increasing the capacity of the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-3. In addition, it is planned to develop the city's heat supply system, including optimizing the structure of heat supply and replacing inefficient small boiler houses.


Socio-economic effects of the project: improvement of the environmental situation in Krasnoyarsk through the commissioning of modern innovative equipment aimed at reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere; improvement of the quality of heat supply to city areas by increasing production capacity and developing the entire system, including optimizing the structure of heat supply and closing inefficient sources; reducing the number of emergencies and increasing reliability units of the heat supply system of the Krasnoyarsk TPP-1 and Krasnoyarsk TPP-3 through the use of innovative equipment.
