Development and development of the Payakh group of deposits and construction of the sea terminal "Port Bay North"

The Payakhskoye oil field is located 130 km northwest of Dudinka, Krasnoyarsk Territory. Two large oil-bearing formations have been explored at the field. The project is aimed at developing a group of Payakh fields to achieve oil production volumes of up to 26 million tons per year and maintain a long-term oil production target of up to 50 million tons per year, as well as building the necessary infrastructure for oil transportation.

As part of the project, it is planned to build the following marine terminal: Port Bukhta Severa with an oil loading terminal with a capacity of 25 million tons (with the possibility of expansion to 50 million tons), 40 km from the village. Dickson; pressure oil pipeline with a length of about 400 km from the central collection point to the sea terminal in Sever Bay; oil collection, preparation, storage and transportation facilities; electric power generation facilities with a total capacity of 1 GW with more than 1,000 km of power lines; more than 1,000 km of highways, air services, telecommunications and communications facilities, social facilities and ecology.
