Creation of a logistics park in the Yemelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The project assumes the phased construction of Class A industrial and warehouse complexes with a total area of about 600,000 m2 in the area of the intersection of the federal highway R-255 Siberia and the Krasnoyarsk-Yeniseysk highway by 2030.

Yemelyanovsky PLC will become the largest logistics park in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Potential tenants of the complex will be wholesale and retail enterprises, as well as representatives of the field of electronic commerce (e-commerce).
