The RN-Vankor Company (Rosneft oil production company) has opened a Recruitment Center for the Vostok Oil project in Krasnoyarsk.

To implement the large-scale Vostok Oil project in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 10,000 vacancies have been opened in key areas of the oil and gas industry. The implementation of the Vostok Oil project began in 2020. Currently, large-scale construction of the project's oil production infrastructure is underway in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, including a unique pipeline with a length of about 770 km. Through it, Vostok Oil's commercial oil will be delivered to the North Bay port, a global transport hub of strategic importance for the development of the Northern Sea Route.
The port's infrastructure includes the country's largest oil loading terminal with 102 tanks, as well as two cargo, two oil tankers and one berth for the port fleet with a total length of almost 1.5 km. Work is underway to expand the aviation infrastructure of Igarka, Norilsk, and Dixon. Shift residential towns are being built.
