An agreement on cooperation between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Investment Agency of the Tyumen Region was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

23.06.2025

The document was signed by Olga Korosteleva, Director General of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, and Nikolay Purtov, Director General of the Tyumen Region Investment Agency. The agreement is aimed at developing interregional cooperation in the field of investment activities and creating favorable conditions for the implementation of joint projects.

Nikolay Purtov, General Director of the Tyumen Region Investment Agency: "Combining the efforts of the two regions opens up new opportunities for the development of entrepreneurship and attracting investments. Over the past year alone, investments in the Tyumen Region have exceeded 436 billion rubles, and we are confident that our cooperation with the Krasnoyarsk Territory will achieve even more impressive results."

Promising areas of cooperation between the regions are:
- Implementation of joint investment projects
- Exchange of best management practices and training of investment teams
- Development of inter-regional cooperation relations
- Creation of new growth points for both territories

Olga Korosteleva, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: "The Krasnoyarsk Territory has enormous investment potential — our investment portfolio includes 295 projects with investments of over 3 trillion rubles. Combining our efforts with the Tyumen Region will create a synergistic effect and will help attract additional investments into the regional economy."

The signed agreement will be an important step in the development of interregional investment cooperation and the creation of favorable conditions for the economic growth of both regions. The Tyumen Region is developing both traditional processing industries — the food industry, mechanical engineering, and the production of building materials; as well as new industries with modern technologies and high labor productivity — oil refining, petrochemical, polymer production and processing, etc., and the Krasnoyarsk Territory is the leader in terms of industrial production in the Siberian Federal District.
