A panel discussion "The movement of the First for small towns — a step into the future" was held at the youth site of the Minusinsk Investment Forum.

18.08.2023

Experts and guests talked about the role of the Movement in the development of small towns in the region, the contribution of enterprises and commercial organizations to the creation of primary departments and talent management in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Evgeny Sviridov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of the regional branch of the Movement of the First, spoke about the activities of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth, its main directions and opportunities provided to young residents of the country. He said that the Movement consists of hundreds of unique programs for the upbringing and formation of a personality, an active and responsible youth community. In addition, the expert said that the basic principle of the "First" is the independence of the guys. The movement and its name were formed on the initiative of the participants themselves.

"Each area of activity of the Movement is represented by educational projects, bright contests with an impressive incentive system and actions that can be carried out together with your friends and communities. For example, one of the highlights of the Movement was the "University Shifts"," said Evgeny Sviridov.

Viktor Kolomiets, head of the Agency for Youth Policy and Implementation of Public Development programs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, said that an effective system of working with young people is built only through interdepartmental interaction. According to him, not only youth authorities and youth centers are interested in the development of young people, but also such areas as culture, sports, tourism, social policy, small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, Viktor Alexandrovich noted that the Movement of the Former is not a competitor to the youth policy system, but a chance to attract resources, create new opportunities for young people and achieve the goals of youth policy.

"Today, the battle for personnel is more relevant than ever. There is a shortage of qualified specialists in both the public and commercial sectors, largely due to rapidly developing investment projects. All this forms two tasks: for the youth policy system — to create comfortable conditions for young people in the field and attract talented children from other subjects, and for youth movements and organizations — to help unlock their potential," said Viktor Kolomiets.

The winner of the Rosmolodezh competition.Grants and the All-Russian competition "Big Change" Elizaveta Manchak told about her career guidance project "ProFit", which she is currently implementing on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to Elizabeth, participation in the Movement of the First and the activities of other youth organizations helped her to determine her vocation.

The parties discussed the results of the grant competition of the Movement of the First. According to Evgeny Sviridov, in some territories of the region, the victory in the grant competition helped to create a primary department. Alyona Ichmukhametova, curator of the Movement in Minusinsk, shared the story of the implementation of her project, supported at the Rosmolodezh competition.Grants:

"My project, the Firsts educational forum, is aimed at involving children in the Movement. We will go to a country camp, talk for two days about the possibilities of Movement and teach how to help our mentors, the advisers of the directors of educational work."

Anastasia Polyntseva, a two-time winner of the Volunteer of Russia award, a representative of the active youth of Minusinsk, also took part in the discussion. Anastasia moved to Krasnoyarsk a few years ago, but did not stop participating in the life of her hometown. She calls unrealized career expectations one of the reasons for the outflow of young people to large cities.
