The 13 Element company, a resident of the Zheleznogorsk Advanced Development Area, has become a participant in the project to create a five-section low-floor tram "Voevoda". The production was launched in cooperation with the leading enterprises of the industry: Tver Mechanical Electric Transport Plant, Nevsky Electric Transport Plant and Engels Electric Transport Plant.
