ALBATROS-IONESI LLC plans to implement a project to organize high-speed year-round river transportation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, including in the Arctic zone of the region, as well as in the republics of Khakassia and Tuva. For transportation, the initiator of the project intends to use the Oriole ekranoplane, a vessel that moves on an air cushion above the surface of the water.
