The UBS-Stroy company, a new resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, is preparing to start building a concrete and cement plant in the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets municipal district. The volume of investments in the project will amount to 300 million rubles, the plant is planned to be launched in October 2026. The company received the status of a resident of the Arctic zone with the assistance of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
